Checking, drafting and reviewing contract and legal documents
Counsel, advise and consult company professionals based on accurate interpretation of contract documents and the facts of a business opportunity
Providing legal risk/possibility analysis to company professionals
Confirming the business operation in compliance with relevant internal rules and laws/regulations of China
Participating in developing internal guidelines on various legal issues
Conducting legal research and write internal memos   Job Requirements:
Bachelor degree in law
At least 3-5 working experience in legal practice
Good at both spoken and written English
Familiar with company laws of China, procedures and requirements in setting up foreign enterprises in China
Experience in contract review and negotiation
Ability to draft contracts and legal documents in both Chinese and
English languages
Excellent negotiation, influence, mediation and conflict management skills
Work location: Shanghai
