职位描述/要求：
This global US based firm is expanding its thriving PRC team and is now looking for 2 PRC Lawyers for its Shanghai team. Applicants must have extensive experience gained with other leading international practices in Beijing or Shanghai. The roles will involve a variety of corporate commercial work including general FDI and advisory work as well as M&A and private equity matters. Our client requires people who have excellent English skills. Applicants with an LLM from leading US Australian of UK law schools would be high preferable.
