- 制定组织级配置管理、产品发布的流程和策略；
- 协助项目组制定配置管理计划，负责项目配置管理，产品构建、发布和部署工作；
- 发现配置管理及产品发布中的改进机会，推动过程改进；
- 负责组织级工具软件的管理，包括安装、升级、权限管理、备份等。
经验要求：
- 大学本科学历，3年以上工作经验；
- 熟练使用其中至少两种配置管理工具：CVS, SVN, Clearcase；
- 了解软件生命周期的各项活动，1年以上软件开发经验。
技能要求：
- 技术卓越：敏捷，灵活；善于应对技术难题；
- 有效的沟通者：善于把复杂的问题用简洁的语言描述；会倾听；
- 英文读写流利。
