Key Tasks - Performs assessment visits and prepare reports
- Coordinates all activities leading to sales closure
- Evaluates projects
- Keep informed and prepared for team activities with clients
- Assumes responsibility for meeting all project timetables, deliverables and milestones
- Builds and maintains good relationships with clients
- Negotiates work plan with client
- Follows the project work plan as developed with the client and the team
- Coordinates all activities of consulting team
- Assumes responsibility for meeting all project timetables and milestones (including written documentation, if any)
- Ensure client satisfaction are met Key Attributes - The ability to develop a solution to solve a company's business requirements/processes
- Strong analytical thinking ability
- The ability to work independently and as a team member
- Strong time management skills and multi-tasking capabilities
- Knowledge of application software tools, including presentation, spreadsheet, and word processing applications
- A working understanding of the software development methodology and tools
- Strong in dealing with customers of diverse background
- Good command of spoken and written English Candidate Profile - Tertiary qualifications in a technical and/or business area
- 2-3 years relevant work experience in a leading multi-national corporation, would be an added advantage.
- Experience working in a culturally diverse environment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Working knowledge of business acumen
- Chinese with international background (either study abroad or previous oversea working experience will be added advantage)
- Positive attitude and team spirit
- The position is for Shanghai and Beijing but candidate must be willingness to travel or relocate
