Maintain a positive performance appraisal system with the objective of improving the abilities of our employees to meet present and future business needs. 6.Job titles that report directly to the described job    a)Plant Controller    b)Factory Production Managers    c)Sales Manager    d)Maintenance/IT Manager    e)QA Manager and Laboratory    f)Human Resources Assistant    g)EHS Manager Assistant    h)Assistants     Requirements:   1.Bachelor degree in engineering or related field required and an MBA preferred 2.Five to ten years of progressive experience as a general manager or plant manager in a manufacturing environment implementing Lean continuous improvement initiatives Project management and plant startup experience preferred 3.Must have strong understanding and application of manufacturing, finance, quality assurance, Lean, EHS, materials planning, employee relations, and organization development and training techniques 4.Must also possess strong interpersonal, leadership and communication skills.   联系方式：
