工作职责：
（1） 编制公司中长期发展规划，审定年度生产、销售综合计划，提出季度工厂奋斗目标和中心工作及重大措施方案；
（2） 建立与完善公司各项管理制度并执行；
（3） 督导工厂各部门的日常生产活动，发现问题、分析原因，采取有效措施，确保生产线正常运转；
（4） 根据公司发展需要，督促工厂各部门制定近期、中期、远期生产计划并确保实施和实现；
（5） 加强管理，确保工厂各部门和各类人员职责、权限规范化，建立质量管理体系；
（6） 组织下属的培训工作，提出培训需求，以确保他们不断适应岗位的需要；
任职资格：
（1） 上学历，企业管理、理工类专业毕业，10年以上大型生产企业管理工作经验；
（2） 对生产加工型企业能够掌控，熟悉石化企业生产经营管理者优先；
（3） 掌握行业和市场的发展动态；
（4） 稳重自信，高度敬业，具有良好的团队合作精神和持续改善意识；
（5） 具有出色的分析判断能力、极强的业务管理能力和很强的计划、组织、领导能力；
（6） 富有创新精神。
（7） 能适应较长时期在国外工作。

公司具有年处理500万吨原油的生产能力，拥有500万吨/年常减压装置、200万吨/年催化裂化装置、30万吨/年气体分离装置、10万吨/年聚丙烯及其相配套的产品精制装置等。公司主要产品有：汽油、柴油、石油液化气、丙烯、聚丙烯等，各种产品的合格率达到100％。

777 Petroleum Refinery Co., Ltd. , located in the Kompong Som Industrial Zone, Sihanoukville, a beautiful beach city in Cambodia, covering an area of 350 thousand square meters, adjacent to railway in the north, near the liquid wharf of Kompong Som Port in the west and neighboring No.4 National Highway of Cambodia in the south, the traffic is very convenient. With the water being 9.5-10 meters deep, the Kompong Som Wharf is suitable for 10000-ton oil tanker to dock, thus the oil production transportation is convenient.
The company has the production capacity of processing 5 million tons of crude oil a year and possesses 5 million tons/year crude oil units, 2 million tons/year cat crackers, 300 thousand tons/year gas separation units, 100 thousand tons/year fine purification plants for polypropylene and its matching products, etc.The major products of the company include: gasoline, diesel oil, liquefied petroleum gas, propylene and polypropylene and so on, of which the qualification rate is 100%. The company takes advantage of advanced DCS control system, high efficient float valve tray technology, high efficient energy-saving exchange techniques, FCC catalytic cracking double riser, two-generator regeneration process, polypropylene with loop reactor process and refining and blending process of high-number gasoline, etc. to ensure providing the users with high-tech qualified products.
