SQE (Supplier Quality Engineer, 供应商质量工程师)
Job Responsibilities(职位描述):
1) Responsible for
2) Evaluate, audit, follow up, establish and develop reliable suppliers for quality, service and local content requirements;
3) Conduct Vendor Audit and Process Audit to all potential and active suppliers and its process;
4) Coordinate resolution of supplier quality and product quality problems;
5) Coordinate problem analysis and improvement for all issues related to product quality and complaints;
6) Serve as the primary liaison between manufacturing and the supplier;
7) Assist or lead in the development of control plans, inspection procedures, capability studies and sampling frequencies etc with supplier;
8) Provide technical assistance and training in quality techniques and services to suppliers;
9) Act as a role of Project Manager to be responsible for project implementation and success;
Qualifications & Experience (履历要求):
1) Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field;
2) Required having minimum 3-5 years experience in supplier quality assurance, or project management;
3) A plus for working in a cross functional environment and /or in a global culture;
4) Comprehensive knowledge of Quality Control management standards and procedures including Total Quality Management, and ISO 9001, QS9000/TS16949;
5) Proficient in quality tools such as Control Plan, CPK, SPC, DOE, FMEA, GR&R etc;
6) Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma will be an advantage;
7) Self Motivated, result driven /goal oriented with customer focus and sense of urgency;
8) Strong project management skills and time management skills are required;
9) Demonstrated interpersonal skills to effectively work with a diverse group of people in a team environment;
10) PC literate, able to use Microsoft Office software applications, sound presentation skills at all levels;
11) Good English skills (oral & writing communications);
