职位描述/要求：
Responsibilities:
· Design of utilities and supervision of Design Institutes
· Procurement, supervision and commissioning of mechanical equipment.
· Supervision of basic electrical installation work.
· Estimation and cost control
· Client liaison and reporting
· Local government liason.
Requirements:
· University graduate with mechanical engineering degree.
· At least 8 years of project experience, preferably for foreign-owned companies.
· Excellent communication skills, including writing and speaking English.
· Familiar with design and installation of piping, pumps, heat exchangers, etc. Familiar with the installation of rotating equipment, etc.
· Able to understand and produce equipment layouts, P&ID and piping drawings.
· Good understanding of the local government approval requirements related to mechanical and electrical equipment and installations.
· Developed sense of responsibility & co-operation, able to demonstrate initiative.
· Clear understanding of the principles of professional project management.
· Equipment procurement experience is desirable.
· Project work may be anywhere within China, candidate must be willing to be relocated on a regular basis.
