Requirement:

1、土木工程、建筑管理等相关专业本科以上学历。Bachelor Degree in civil engineering or construction management.
2、3年以上工程造价预算、造价控制工作经验。A minimum 3 years experience in estimating/quantity surveying
3、熟悉本地材料市场价格以及熟练操作工程软件。Good knowledge of local sources of material and equipment commonly use in the industry.
4、熟练操作电脑。Computer proficiency is required
5、良好的中英文沟通能力。Good communication skills in both English and Chinese 工作职责：
Responsibility：

1、工程量清单、预决算书，招标文件的编制，包括土建/装修/机电等工程。Perform quantity take off and estimate from all kinds of drawings including civil, structural, fitting-out, MEP, etc.
2、运用OST工程算量软件（入职后即参加培训）。Use On-screen quantity take off software (successful candidate will be trained)
3、运用ICE专业造价估算软件（入职后即参加培训）。Use specific estimating software ICE for estimating (successful candidate will be trained )
4、调整工程预算或其他相关工作。Assist senior estimator to adjust and finalize the estimate and/or other assignments
