• Bachelor Degree in civil engineering or construction management.
  
• A minimum 3 years experience in estimating/quantity surveying
  
• Good knowledge of local sources of material and equipment commonly use in the industry.
  
• Computer proficiency is required
  
• Good communication skills in both English and Chinese

Responsibility

• Perform quantity take off and estimate from all kinds of drawings including civil, structural, fitting-out, MEP, etc.
  
• Use On-screen quantity take off software (successful candidate will be trained)
  
• Use specific estimating software ICE for estimating (successful candidate will be trained )
  
• Assist senior estimator to adjust and finalize the estimate and/or other assignments
