职位描述/要求：

We are entering into a new and exciting phase of growth with the launch of the Shell Eastern Petrochemicals Complex (SEPC) project, the scope of which consists of the construction of a 900kt/a ethylene cracker complex (ECC), including a 230 kt/a benzene extraction plant, a 175 kta butadiene extraction plant, a 750 kt/a mono-ethylene glycol plant (MEG) and restructuring part of the Pulau Bukom Refinery.
Responsibilities:
The Senior Mechanical Engineer will lead the team of Mechanical Engineers, Rotating Engineer and Assistant Engineers in maintenance activities including strategy planning, trouble shooting, improvement to work methods and HSEQ (Health Safety Environment Quality) matters related to maintenance. The person will also be responsible for reviewing / witnessing pre start up tests prior to acceptance from the construction team.
Requirements:
- The candidate will have at least a BEng degree (Mechanical) qualification suitable for registration as a Professional Engineer with the PE (Professional Engineers) Board, Singapore.
- The candidate shall have basic design experience and skills.
- Candidate shall have direct experience in more than 2 major turnarounds or shutdowns and more than 8 years of maintenance experience in a petrochemical manufacturing site.
- Ethylene cracker experience.
