PCB Engineer   PCB工程师---选材 工艺 应用方面

 

Job Description:

1. Lead PCB and some of mechanical component qualification as process, manufactory and customer's request     

2. Work with global team to develop local supplier base and define the component sourcing strategy.

3. Finish the component develop, testing, drawing, documentation, etc.        

4. Take the responsibility for solve the component quality issue, Communicate with customer and supplier on troubleshooting and corrective action

5. Work with SBM on supplier qualification and management, include risk assessment        

6. Utilize the six sigma tools to improve the working environment.

7. Support the DFSS program with supplier/component statistical data for development.

8. Advice the GDC design engineers on component selection and application.

Requirement::

1. More than 2 year in PCB process related experience, component design, project management is plus.

2. Strong communication and project management skill, team work, English, computer
