Identify plan and recommend corrective actions (if necessary) in order to ensure that the pojected profit and cash flow target of the operations are met.
-Manage the accounting and control of fixed assets, inventory, debtors, creditors and cash .
-Support General Manager and Finance Director, Asia Pacific in planning, forecasting and budgeting activities.
-Handling of government documents and dealing with government officials including Customs and tax authorities.
-Work out logistics flow with logisitics staff and ensure the flows are within the rules of China and working in good order .
-Handle all PRC tax issues in relation to the Facility.
-Support systems development and enhance more efficient use of Datawarehouse, Hyperion, Symix and new ERP system .
-Manage, coach and develop a team of finance staff .
-Ensure propoer internal controls are in place to support the smooth running of the business and to ensure the company's assets are safeguarded and properly accounted for.
-Support the Asia Pacific Supply Chain and Engineering Teams.
-Ad hoc assignment. Requirements: -Chinese CPA (additional overseas qualified accountant's qualification would be preferable, e.g. British ACCA, British CIMA, US CPA, US CMA)
-University Bachelor's Degree (with preference to Master's degree holder .
-Must work in Foreign MNC for at least 4 years.
-Have obtained a professional qualification in accountancy (see above).
-Good exposure to ERP system, Excellent skills in MS Excel, Word and Powerpoint.
-Minimum of 10 years relevant experience for Master's degree holder or Minimum of 12 years relevant experience for non-Master's degree holder.
