JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES
Position: Business Analyst (Life Insurance)
Reporting to the China Delivery Manager, the incumbent has no subordinates reporting to him but he will be expected to pass on his knowledge and skills to other members of staff.
When working on Client sites, the incumbent will report to the Project Manager.

Will be responsible for the analysis and definition of business requirements for CSC Asia’s FUTUREfirst insurance applications.
Major Responsibilities
· Analysis of business process and definition of business requirements specifications
· Act as the point of contact between CSC technical staff and Client business staff
· Testing of functionalities to ensure compliance with business requirements
· Support the Client with Model Offfice / User Acceptance Testing
· Define and document scope changes during the project life cycle
Ideal Person
· Knowledgable in life insurance business processes
· Have at least 2 years industrial work experience as a Business Analyst
· Currently working with a Life Insurance Company or an IT company servicing the Life Insurance Industry is an advantage
· Knows how to conduct conceptual and functional business process modelling
· Must read, write and speak fluent English and Chinese
· Available from 1 April 2007
· Ability to travel on work assignment on both short and long term basis
· Ability to interact with client business users in a professional manner
· Ability to work as part of a team or individually
· Ability to communicate in English and Chinese (both verbally and in writing)
