职责范围：
1.对咨询行业有浓厚的热情和兴趣，有良好的团队合作精神
2.熟练使用计算机办公软件；
3.基本的英文听、说能力；
4.具有较强的亲和力，责任感强；
5.大专以上学历，英语流利者；
6.良好的沟通及协调能力，工作主动；抗压力强；
7.25岁以上，性别不限；
8.有一年以上外资公司工作经验者或曾经从事过培训顾问及人才中介者优先。
工作职责：
为跨国公司招聘高级技术及管理人员
负责：
1.业务开拓
2.分析客户需求
3.分析客户人才招聘需求
4.搜寻候选人并进行筛选（包括简历筛选；电话交谈；面试）、评估、推荐
5.通过各种途径建立并维护更新个人的人才资料库
Consultant
Job Requirement
1.Project Management: In charge of various search assignments independently; Control the consulting service process quality;
2.Candidate interview and write the report to client;
3.Develop and manage client relationship; ensure the project to be successful
4.Business Development : Responsible for new business development and existing clients maintain;
5.Clients closely communication for the completion of assignment; Identify target companies & candidates based on clients' job profile;
6.Industry Research: Responsible for industry research and information collecting and filing;
7.Database Management: Train and support researcher for database improvement and maintaining;
Candidate profile:
1.Minimum 1 years working experience about administrative , HR or consulting field; working in consulting firm preferred
2.Excellent project management, analytical, interpersonal, influencing and presentation skills
3.Strong commercial awareness and business acumen with a proven ability to align clients' HR strategies and understand the recruitment requirement
4.College degree or bachelor degree or above;
5.Good command of spoken, reading and writing in English
6.Good communication and interpersonal skill;
7.Honest ; reliable ; Confident; willing to take the challenges; can work under the pressure and handle the multi-task at one time ;
8.Good team player ;Quick learner and hard working person;
9.Mature, calm.Passion and pleasant ,fast response, and flexible
10.Very independent and responsible
11.Familiar with IT, Electronics, Automotive industries is a plus
