职位描述/要求：
Responsibilities:
-Professional skills in preparation of the technical and financial feasibility study report.
-Have extensive knowledge and experience in accounting and financial management, expically during the construction period.
-Superior financial analysis skills
-Comprehensive experience in urban construction, utility operation.
-Take charges of overall Accounting, Finance, Administration operations.
-Managing for the statutory reports and management reports;
-Design and Implement the business plan and cooperate with related departments;
-Deliver professional service for our clients and projects;
Requirements:
1. Bachelor/Master degree in economics/business/finance or other related major
2. Around 35 years old. China or overseas CPA qualification preferred
3. On the job accounting experience, knowledge of treasury, tax, accounting, legal and auditing etc.
4. Experience with MS office products and related financial systems (financial software)
5. Effective oral and written English and Chinese, communication skills;
6. Open and communicative personality;
7. Able to motivate team building and provide directions
8. Strong thinking and analytical skills, process-oriented, quick learning
9. Strong people skills / team player
10. Good problem solving and decision making skills.
