We are currently looking for an experienced Principal Consultant to lead the consulting team in Shanghai, to manage a portfolio of client project engagements, to meet consulting and service delivery expectations, and to reach the growth and profit expectations of each portfolio. In this position, you will manage and coordinate the delivery of services to clients and meet their expectations on schedule. You will be the primary client contact on all aspects of account direction and service delivery, and you will play a key role in day-to-day client communication.

Candidates need to have excellent project and time management skills as well as uphold Gallup’s standards and protocols in the delivery of services. Candidates must exhibit excellent communication, detail orientation, and prioritization skills. Other requirements include: 5 to 7 years of consulting experience and a track record of successful consulting engagements as well as an advanced degree, preferably in the field of Social Sciences. Working knowledge of quantitative research methodology is highly desirable. We also require fluency in English and Mandarin. Candidates for this role must be Chinese citizens or have work permits in China. Candidates residing in Shanghai will be given priority.
