上海艾柯企业管理咨询有限公司 公司行业： 咨询/管理产业/法律/财会 公司类型： 国企 公司规模： 20人以下 职位类别：学术/科研 工作地点：上海 发布日期：2007-06-17 申请职位 工作经验：5-10年 最低学历：本科 职位月薪：面议 工作性质：全职 招聘人数：若干 管理经验：是 职位描述/要求： Job description: The intents for IPG R&D Hub are: 1.To establish a low-cost development capability in Asia to service IPG organizations to achieve substantial development cost savings through appropriate R&D activities and programs off-shoring while improving quality, 2.To achieve better leverage and synergy for managing external Asia R&D partners for better efficiency and cost effectiveness, The range of products created by IPG R&D Hub spans across the range of imaging and printing devices of digital cameras, All-in-One multi-function printers, large format printers, digital senders, and printers.As the Operations Management Project Manager you direct the operations of a group of engineering program coordinators, IT and infrastructure technical professionals, and technicians in the service and support function of R&D and test labs in Shanghai. You will be accountable for deployment of operations, product development lifecycle process improvements, lab space planning, logistics support, rapid prototyping capability management, design/qualification tools enhancements, and technician support to meet efficiency goals and partners’ expectations for new product introduction and current product engineering programs in IPG R&D Hub. Your specific responsibilities include:lead Operations Management team purpose, direction and vision; establish strategies, objectives, policies and procedures for the team ensure efficiencies and effectiveness of operations, program coordination, and IT infrastructure through development and implementation of tools and improved processes. Manage lab space utilization and external storage capacity. Coordinate with other Shanghai site entities to optimize space planning plan, organize, schedule and prioritize activities and assure high predictability of schedules and metrics. Ensure on-time shipment, installation and configuration of design workstation, qualification tools, and special prototype equipment. Seek out turn-around time improvement opportunities basic/rapid prototyping and PCA capabilities and capacity for IPG R&D Hub with supplier sourcing and augmentation, develop budget, manage expenses and assist with annual targeting and implements capital equipment plans attract, retain and develop a highly motivated and effective team of technical, IT, logistics, and process engineering professionals. Promote diversity, teamwork and a cooperative environment establish strong partnership with cross-functional partners and cross-divisional teams for alignment. Understand their business needs and translate them into operational deliverables. Achieve synergies and foster common standards for tools, processes and infrastructure across different businesses in IPG R&D Hub   Requirements: Education Bachelor's (undergraduate) degree in Electrical Engineering/Mechanical Engineering/Computer Engineering/Computer Science   Skills and Experience Must possess a minimum of 5 years experience managing projects
Must be able to work well with other people, with proven leadership ability across multiple disciplines. Demonstrable traits are integrity, achievement oriented, empathy, people connection, and coping with change.
Possess strong project and resources management skills
Broad technology knowledge, and ability to apply technology and concepts quickly into projects
Excellent track record of working well and ability to influence internal and external partners across geographically distributed locations
Thrive under decision making pressure exhibiting well balanced judgment
