· Kodak Health Group Shanghai Global R&D is seeking ideal research scientists to conduct a pioneer research on the advanced medical imaging applications and work closely with the engineering development team to implement the advanced medical imaging algorithms.

·More specifically, you will work on innovative research design of medical image pattern recognition and intelligence, medical image data collection, investigating appropriate methodologies, and clinical interpretation.

Qualifications:

·Strong research and working experience at least in one of the following contexts:

1.Image enhancement and 2-D image analysis

2.Image segmentation and registration

3.Computerized algorithms, particularly familiar with discrete optimization and nonlinear optimization and signal processing algorithms.

4.Machine learning and artificial intelligence, i.e., in classification algorithm including Bayesian Network, Support Vector Machine, Manifold Learning and etc.

·Very good programming skills in C++ language and be familiar with using Matlab and good communication in English

·Self-motivated, innovative and original thinking, and excellent analytical ability are desirable.

·Ph.D degree or master degree from top Chinese universities or overseas in CS, EE, BME or Math but with a strong publication record or a satisfactory background in the context of medical imaging algorithm design.

·Ph.D degree with 1 year of related experience minimum or master degree with 3 years of related experience minimum

Responsibilities:

·Participate in review of both software and test case designs, requirement specifications, and technical documents

·Create test plans, test specifications, and related test documentation

·Write automated test scripts using available test automation tools (QA Partner, Robot, SILK, Perl, and in-house tools)

·Document test results

·Identify and track product defects

·Participate in cross-product compatibility and performance testing

·Communicate quality issues with all parties involved

·Contribute to overall quality and quality practices
