• University graduate or above with a major in law, tax or accounting from one of China’s top university and/or a qualification from an overseas law school
• Having 3 - 5 years of working experiences in the field of tax law
• Working experiences in the "Big 4" international accounting firms will be preferred
• Having the qualification of PRC lawyer is a plus
• Experienced in drafting legal documents and assisting foreign clients and negotiations for their projects in China
• Able to provide legal advice to clients independently
• Stimulated by intellectual challenges and willing to take initiative
• Team player with strong sense of responsibility
• Hard-worker and able to work under pressure
• Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Chinese nationality

符合如下条件:

• 主修法律、税务或会计，持有中国知名高等院校和/或国外大学或大学以上文凭
• 拥有3-5年的税法工作经验；
• 拥有四大国际会计师事务所工作经验者优先考虑；
• 具有中华人民共和国律师资格者优先考虑；
• 起草法律文件并协助外商开展及商谈对华项目；
• 能够独立为客户提供法律咨询；
• 富于挑战及创新精神；
• 具有合作精神及高度的职业责任感；
• 敢于面对紧张的工作及压力；
• 良好的汉语及英语说、写能力；
• 具有中国国籍
