职位描述/要求：
Shell first established its presence in Singapore in 1891. Since then, we've grown into one of the island's largest foreign investors employing about 2,000 staff. Assets held by Shell Companies in Singapore exceed US$7 billion.
We are entering into a new and exciting phase of growth with the launch of the Shell Eastern Petrochemicals Complex (SEPC) project, the scope of which consists of the construction of a 900kt/a ethylene cracker complex (ECC), including a 230 kt/a benzene extraction plant, a 175 kta butadiene extraction plant, a 750 kt/a mono-ethylene glycol plant (MEG) and restructuring part of the Pulau Bukom Refinery.
Responsibilities:
You will operate in our ethylene cracker or heavy olefins/aromatics plant
Requirements:
Possess minimum 10 years field and panel experience in one of the following areas:
Ethylene Cracker plant/Heavy Olefins and Aromatics areas -
- Hot Side Cracker Process Technician
Furnaces, Pre-fractionator, Quench tower, dilution steam system, quench oil filters
- Cold Side Cracker Process Technician
Charge Gas Compressor, Coldbox, Cold distillation, Hot distillation, Ethylene & Propylene refrigeration Systems, Ethylene cold storage
- Heavy Olefins & Aromatics Process Technician
C4-selective Hydrogenation Units, Pygas Hydrogenation Unit, Benzene Extraction Unit (Krupp Uhde process), and
Butadiene Extractive distillation experience (BASF process)
Having the above and the following experience will be an added asset:
- involvement in assisting planning & executing major turnaround or shutdown activities
- preparation of pre-commissioning and hot- commissioning procedures
