蓝星有机硅（上海）有限公司 公司行业： 化工/石化 公司类型： 外商独资 公司规模： 100-499人 职位类别：化工 工作地点：上海 发布日期：2007-06-16 申请职位 工作经验：5-10年 最低学历：硕士 职位月薪：面议 工作性质：全职 招聘人数：1人 管理经验：是 职位描述/要求： Job Title: ENEL Lab Manager Department: R&D Department Direct Supervisor: BSS R&D Centre Manager Job Responsibilities: -          Supervise and manage the regional ENEL lab team in Asia -          Implement the WW R&D methodology in ENEL R&D team -          Manage the innovation project portfolio to ensure timely meet the deadline requested from business. -          Recommend investments necessary for the smooth functioning of the laboratory. -          Ensure the respect of budgets (functioning, UVR), the deployment of the Rhodia / site policy (HR, finance, QSE, etc.). -          Coordinate and motivate colleagues and contribute to their personal growth. -          Responsible for the scientific reporting of his/her laboratory    -          Serves as the interface between central Rhodia Silicones R&D and the markets in Asia -          Identifies key opportunities in the region and transfer into R&D projects -          Leads the innovation aspect of partnerships with key regional customers -          Provide good level of process support to manufacturing.   Job Requirements: -          Master degree or above, major in Polymer or Rubber/ Chemistry or related field -          Project management skills. -          Market and commercial knowledge/understanding. -          Lab testing skills. -          Must have at least 7 to 10 years professional experience, including an assignment in R&D to pose a thorough knowledge of the technologies (synthetic rubbers ;silicone experience is an advantage) -          At least 3 years management experience -          Must be fluent in Chinese and English -          Must be able to travel within Asia zones and globally -          Communication skills, Business oriented/market insight, Proactive.   联系方式：
