JOB PURPOSE
To achieve the production plans of the company as cost effectively as possible, while
optimizing productivity of labor and equipment, at the same time achieving desired quality,
SSHE, and customers service standards.
Maintain a smooth raw material supply to production.
Maintain and inspect ISO system daily running and document management.

主要职责和权限
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
Describe the major responsibilities and authorities of the job, emphasizing the end results which must be achieved.
1. Maintain quality control system of raw material and packaging material supplying.
2. To co-ordinate and integrate the raw material, dispersion functions to enable cost effective achievements of the production plan.
3. Achieve the desired high standard of customer services through the provision of quality goods and service.
4. Engage in a process of continuous improvement in work methods and team building to ensure harmonious and effective work output with safety and quality as core value.
5. Conduct periodic cycle count and physical stock takes as required to reconcile deference with stock record. Maintain a high level of IRA.
6. Contracted Suppliers management.Assure all behavior of the drivers delivered to site are comply with ICI SSHE requirement.
7. Waste management to reduce the site waste out. Maintain an excellent housekeeping standard in the responsible area by carrying out 5S activities.
8. Use six sigma and continuous improvement method to achieve materials loss reduction and work efficiency improvement.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

1. University degree ;
2. 5 years working experience and 3 years in team management;
3. Fluent oral and written English;
4. Strongly communication and management skills;
5. SHE training, ISO training, Quality control, PEP, On-job training.
