• Interfacing with management, line manager's employees and contractors to prevent problems and resolve issues when they occur
  
• Deploy effective fire prevention programs and their policies and procedures to protect company's assets and employees' properties
  
• Assisting in the co-ordination of a disaster preparedness and employee notification/evacuation program
  
• Schedule daily crew assignments and schedule and distribute daily work assignments
  
• Facilitate and enhance customer relationships
  
• Assist in crew training in accordance with local requirements
  
• Preventing fires through frequent inspections and recommendation for corrective action
  
• Identifying and recording any fire related problems relating to the product or structure
  
• Initiating, recommending or providing solutions through designated channels
  
• Perform Fire Prevention activities
  
• Inspect and maintain firefighting equipment and systems
  
• Inspect and monitor processes; (hot work permits, spray painting, system impairments)

Job Requirements:

• College diploma holder and above, preferably majored in Mechanical, fire protection, facilities management, public security and safety or related subjects.
  
• Minimum 5 years of experience in fire prevention with 3 years' or more experience at a lead position
  
• Familiar with the regulations, local laws and public safety codes regarding fire protection, fire prevention and private security
  
• Fluent in oral and writing English, fluent in Chinese (Putonghua) language also
  
• Ability to work with all levels of employees and leadership qualities
  
• Good communication and inter-personal skills
  
• Detail oriented problem solver capable of taking large complex problems and breaking them down into tasks
