· Review and proofread English documents and legal memoranda;
· Examine documents for proper Firm formatting;
· Create and maintain a check-list to eliminate "Common English Language Mistakes";
· Upgrade local attorneys' drafting skills and local staff's English language skills; and
· Part-time and/or flexible hours available
Requirements:
· Native English-language fluency (professional background preferred);
· Excellent English-language communication skills (written & verbal);
· Valid "X" or "Z" visas to work in China (or Chinese passport holder);
· Strong sense of responsibility; and
· Detail-oriented
· Experience working with legal professionals preferred
