职位描述/要求：
ALCTV is launching a language-based e-learning website which features an interactive classroom component. We require the services of a manager who will assemble and supervise the staff necessary to provide e-learning services to our clients. The Manager will also work with a team of educators in Singapore and Canada to develop learning content.
Organizational Responsibilities
- Find, interview, and hire extensive bilingual (English-Chinese) staff to offer basic language training services.
- Supervise all staff, monitoring performance and taking appropriate actions to ensure a high quality of services for clients.
- Manage the daily operations of the e-learning training centre and make regular reports to senior management.
- Provide employees with a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable place to work.
- Assist in developing learning content, in association with a team of educators in Singapore and Canada.
Qualifications
- Possess a degree in Education or Business Management from a respected university
- Extensive HR recruitment background
- Have demonstrated experience in managing staff in a positive, supportive manner
- Be fluent in Mandarin and English
- Have experience in teaching English as a second language in China
- Experience in both management and education are required
- Experience with e-learning is a benefit
