职位描述/要求：
Job description: Participate and take the responsibility of the whole process of the survey and market research project, including pre-suggestion, design, communication with customers, report and description in the ending course.
Job requirement:
1. At least 3 years working experience in famous consulting firm or in multinational company
2. Work independently and able to design and implement large scale marketing research projects both quantitative and qualitative.
3. Work independently during the process of questionnaire preparation, quantitative and qualitative research implementation and final research report and presentation.
4. Write analysis and reports based on research findings.
5. Cooperate with project team members to complete a successful project that achieve the highest client satisfaction.
6. Ability to plan and execute work with minimal supervision. Deliver high quality work as part of a team under pressure of tight deadlines.
7. Excellent communication skill and a good team player.
8. Flexible to travel within China when necessary.
9. Bachelor degree or above, preferably in Master degree.
