Job responsibilities（工作职责）:

 

·         Daily route for treasury management (Prepare borrowing related documentation, Implement borrowing ,Communicate with Asia-Pacific treasury centre, and negotiate with bank on funding issue, etc. );

·         Participate in research & construction of new funding project, prevent and control law risk for it.

·         Follow up with funding market, and make treasury analysis.

 

Job requirements（岗位要求）:

 

·         Master degree, major in law or finance. Rich experience and knowledge in law and finance is strong recommended.

·         Minimum 3 years prior working experience in law or finance.
