ACCOUNTABILITIES · To promote a friendly and high energy atmosphere in the club by motivating the employee;
· To achieve the team goals effectively by communicating well,developing and maintaining a good relationship with all the members, non-members, the other team members as well as the outside vendors;
· To provide professional service to the members and non-members by clearly understanding all the promotions and procedures of the club operation, and clearly communicating the issue and referring any further inquiries or comments to the concerned parties if necessary;
· To ensure the club being operated smoothly on a daily basis by following all the fundamental procedures required, and also assist the Service Manager to accomplish any administrative tasks or ad hoc cases in a timely and professional manner;
· To assist the Club Service Manager to manager areas like customer service, maintenance as well as administration at the best standard. Also act as the deputy during Club Service Manager's absence.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE: · Min. Form Seven completed;
· Min. two years of customer service experience;
· Min. one year of supervisory experience.
