Initiate daily in-line inspections at various stages of production to ensure the finish goods are at a good quality level. ·         Supervise production staff to perform overall production tasks according to procedures and work instructions. These tasks include the operation of production machinery, in process testing, stock counting, 5S, and manufacturing data recording. ·         Interface with maintenance and engineering personnel to expedite correction of non-conformances. Resolve regular and minor problems onsite in a timely manner. Work closely with the "Improvement" team. ·         Schedule work and guide activities of your direct reports to ensure that subordinates are on the job as required and scheduled by using PDCA methodology. ·         Coordinate with safety / quality / maintenance staff to arrange the training for workshop operators, collect feedback / suggestion from them, and implement good ideas from operators after evaluation.   WORK EXPERIENCE & ABILITIES REQUIRED:   ·         Demonstrated experience in leading and managing a production team, with minimum 2 years experience as group leader in a Chemical plant, understands manufacturing, production planning and maintenance. ·         Good knowledge of batch process, strong root cause analysis and problem solving capability. ·         Previous work in plastic rubber industry. ·         Good conflict management, change management, communication, motivation and leadership skills. ·         Good command of English is a prerequisite. ·         College or above degree, with Chemical industry background.   COMPENSATION:   ·         The position compensation will be highly attractive and negotiable to the right candidate, comprising of a very competitive base salary supplemented by a performance oriented bonus and benefits if appropriate. 联系方式： resumes@fpselection.com.cn
