• Reporting directly to the Director, this position is an independent role and will be responsible for the full spectrum of HR functions
  
• Responsible for all aspects of HR functions including recruiting, payroll and related services like training , performance evaluation & immigration etc.
  
• Assume the short term role of a "start up" nature such as organizing and overseeing recruitment activities to bring-on-board new staff to meet the staffing needs for new project.
  
• As this is a newly created role, this position will be required to establish new HR policies and procedures for the local office aligned with the business needs & labor regulation.
  Requirements:
  
• Degree in Business Administration or HRM preferably with minimum 5 years relevant international company experience as a HR Generalist ,or have at least 5 years of experience in a Multinational Company environment with 1,000 employee factory in one or more of the following areas: Management Development / Career Planning / HR Projects / Performance Management Systems.
  
• Experience with employee relations, compensation, benefits and staffing
  
• Experience in a start-up environment with good knowledge of local HR practices and employment legislation is desired
  
• Effectively command in English
  
• The role will suit those who are comfortable working in an unstructured environment and willing to be hands-on in HR administration
  
• Must be computer literate in MS Office Applications
  
• Results oriented with a strong customer service orientation
  
• A highly motivated team player with willingness to learn and show keen interest to advance a career in Human Resources.
  
• Can communicate in English
  
• Work location: Thailand

Valuable Usages Approximately 30 percent of the tree, trunk is used in our sawmills in GRW to produce lumber of trees; and increasing the value added by producing pre-conditioned parts for furniture industry in CCWP. Approximately 50 percent of the tree, branches are used for producing particle boards. Approximately 20 percent of the tree, discarded parts of rubber woods are converted into energy.
