POSITION: MANUFACTURE GENERAL MANAGER QUALIFICATION: 1. Male
2. Hold a Bachelor Degree or above
3. 35 years old plus
4. 7 years plus experience as head of Business Unit in large manufacturing enterprise annual sales amounted to 25m USD above.
5. Working experience in Multi National Companies.
6. Good managerial and communication skill.
7. Can communicate in Mandarin and English.
8. With experience of "lean industry and 6 sigma" project. JOB DESCRIPTION: 1. To be in charge of manufacturing of large scale Particle Board factory.
2. To coordinate all resources to achieve steady production.
3. To coordinate all units in the group to achieve operation target.

Valuable Usages Approximately 30 percent of the tree, trunk is used in our sawmills in GRW to produce lumber of trees; and increasing the value added by producing pre-conditioned parts for furniture industry in CCWP. Approximately 50 percent of the tree, branches are used for producing particle boards. Approximately 20 percent of the tree, discarded parts of rubber woods are converted into energy.
