Summary of position:

The Position: Management for ERICO internal Mechanical & Electronic testing lab. Primary focus is on setting up machine and gauge calibration system. Aiding SQE in First Article Inspection, and acting to establish and enforce both quality standards and contractual obligations. Position is part of the ERICO International manufacturing team and reports directly to the Manager of Quality & Engineering.

Responsibilities:

· Upon ERICO product drawing, conduct sample dimensional inspection with different instrument and gauges. Analysis the inspection result in accordance with ERICO drawing/ spec to make an inspection conclusion upon the samples.
· Be able to conduct function test, like pull test and torque test upon ERICO testing standard. Fulfil testing report with the testing result.
· Organise calibration and maintenance for instrument and gauge based on ISO9001 quality system.
· Work closely with SQE, Quality and Sourcing Engineering team during the sample qualification stage.
· Set up document control and tracking procedure for all lab document.
· Other tasks as assigned .

Requirements:

Qualifications:

· More than 3 years relevant working experience with University Degree, preferably in Engineering or related field
· Basic knowledge of ISO9001 quality system.
· Basic PC skills, email, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
· Flexible, able to rapidly respond to new situations and multi-task
· Creative thinker, able to quickly assess problems and drive effective responses
· Excellent communication skills, in Mandarin and English.
· SPC analysis experience.
