· Implementation Claim, exchange and good parts return process operation
· Ordering, intransit parts tracking and field stock inventory monitor Manager
· Handle field engineer inquiry & complain
· Field stock check with Field Engineer and discrepancy investigate
· IMOS, SCAN check for field stock report.
· Support and follow customs clearance, forwarder for urgent case Requirement
· College graduate
· 2 years of working experience in multinational company, familiar to spare parts operation or logistic operation, knowledge of service operation system, SCANII/IMOS is preferred.
· Good interpersonal communication skill
· Good command of both written and spoken English.
