Responsibilities:
Create functional specifications, architectural specifications and verification plans. Develop and implement algorithms for QoS, traffic management, flow control, etc. Experience required:
1. 5+ years telecommunications industry work experience
2. Solid understanding of link and physical layer protocols including ATM and IP
3. Keen in performance and design complexity trade-off  (modeling capability is a plus)
4. Telecommunications product definition/specification capability
5. Familiar with L2/L3 switching and Ethernet/IP protocols
6. Understand ASIC/IC development and requirement from system perspective
7. Good project management and communication skills
8. Team oriented with leading capability
9. Hands on
10. Fluent in both English and Chinese
