职位描述/要求：
The person will be part of an engineering team to work on functional and architectural design for next generation broadband access technologies.
Responsibilities:
Provide Technical Inputs for implementing AES, CTC, and IPsec related semiconductor devices including encription/decription, key exchange and other supportting issues.
Specify Security related functions/features in communication ICs
Create functional specifications, architectural specifications and verification plans.
Experience required:
1. MS/BS EE or CS.
2. 3+ years telecommunications industry work experience.
3. AES, IPSec related experience, CTC security better.
4. Solid understanding of link and physical layer protocols including ATM and/or Ethernet.
5. Keen in performance and design complexity trade-off (modeling capability is a plus).
6. Telecommunications product definition/specification capability.
7. Familiar with L2/L3 switching and Ethernet/IP protocols.
8. Understand ASIC/IC development and requirement from system perspective.
9. Good project management and communication skills.
10. Team oriented with leading capability.
11. Hands on.
12. Fluent in both English and Chinese.
