职位描述/要求：
The individual will lead the software group to perform the followings:
1. Software team management for embeded software and protocol stack development
2. Architecture design and implementation for SOC device driver/API products including creations of specifications, design requirements, test cases and other related documents
3. Linux and VxWorks porting to MIPS/ARM
4. Project management including time and resource control
5. Work with other development teams to address product issues and problems
6. Technical support for customers
Requirement:
1. BA/BS/MS in EE/CS or above with 5-10 years related work experience in telecommunications system or IC industry
2. Strong knowledge/experience of embedded systems programming, including device driver/API development and hardware debug
3. SOC(32-bit MIPS/ARM core) experience is a must
4. Experience with Linux/VxWorks/BSP and development environment
5. A technical leader or architect in SOC embedded software experience is highly desirable
6. Strong Project Management skills ,Self motivated and hard working
7. Experience in managing a group of software engineers, good interpersonal and communication skill, strong capability in problem solving and analysis
8. Must be hands on
9. Fluent in both English & Chinese
