职位描述/要求：
Job Description:
1. Deliver best-in-class customer service to our clients and their suppliers
2. Assist in formulating operating procedures for our warehouses with focus on System, customs clearance and documentation related items
3. Assist the DC Operations Manager, Engineering & Implementation in developing SOPs for the total solution and together with the client identify key performance indicators to measure ourselves and other parties in the supply chain's performance.
4. Pro-actively voice out any areas for potential service issues and bring suggestions for improvement forward for IDS Logistics to set the standard for DC management.
5. Act as an integral part in the implementation process and as a day to day support to the operation / implementation / business development teams
Job Requirement:
1. College graduated or above, major in Logistics, Marketing, and Business Administration...
2. At least two years work experience in relevant position of a multinational company
3. Familiar with inventory management system operation and export processes/documentation flow
4. Familiar with boned warehousing operations
5. Fluent in English is must
6. Good communication skills and team player
