职位描述/要求:
Primar Responsibility
- Provide secretarial assistance to the HR Supervisor, e.g. interview arrangement
- Coordinate with CIIC/FESCO to administrate employment and termination for local staff, verify monthly social insurance bills
- Set up and maintain systematic and complete employee personnel files, update on a regular basis
- Handle all immigration related issues, including work/residence permit application, oversee services provided by vendors
- Support the HR Supervisor to implement office C&B policy, respond to benefit inquires regarding policy and procedures
- Support the HR Supervisor in recruiting, offering and orientation organization, as well as formalizing internal practices and process
- Undertake other assigned administrative tasks
Expected credentials
- University graduate, major in Human Resource or English language
- At least 2 years work experience in HR role with a multinational company
- Strong communication skills both in English and Mandarin
- Flexible, pleasant personality with good interpersonal and negotiation skill
- Professional and proactive service attitude with strong learning capability
- An enthusiastic and motivated team player, able to work under high pressure
- High attentive to detail with a sharp eye for consistency and efficiency
- With a keen sense of customer service, help ensure to meet high expectations
