职位描述/要求：
DIVISION: GTB - Cash Management Corporate
LOCATION: Shanghai
JOB SCOPE: purpose and key areas of results
Sales of all CMC services and products to a well-defined corporate/ institutional target set as well as cross-sale of trade related products
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES in bullet points
- Responsible for individual sales performance with particular focus in revenue achievement, maximizing market share and customer satisfaction.
- To develop and implement sales plans and strategies, penetrate new business deals and growing the business with existing clients.
- Business development planning for accounts in target set.
- Formulation of solution structure for clients based on their needs and encompassing Cash Management products and solutions which are often complex and specialized.
- Product demo.
- Pricing and procedural structuring of the deals.
- Provide feedback on customer needs to product management.
- Participates in client planning with Corporate Banking relationship managers to position and deliver the full range of Cash Management products/services and cross sell the trade products as a part of the overall client relationship.
- Guidance and direction from Head of Sales, Cash Management
SELECTION CRITERIA education and skills, languages etc
- Graduate with 4 - 6 years related experience.
- Computer literate
- Strong interpersonal skills and a team player.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Strong written and spoken English, local language capability
- Self-confident and performance driven
- Ability to articulate, formulate and deliver high quality presentations and communicate with all levels of management
- Ability to make decisions, influence others and work in co-operative manner and find resolution to product needs
- Mature and well developed leadership qualities
- Strong appreciation of operations processes and procedures, and understanding of accounting and Finance
- In-depth knowledge of China financial system and regulation
