职位描述/要求:
Primary Purpose
To support CMC on all aspect of systems related documentation, implementation and support..
Typical Duties
- Pre-sales support e.g. system demonstrations and requirement discussions.
- Planning of implementation cycle and drawing implementation plan.
- Co-ordinate all implementation activities to ensure timely implementation.
- db-di documentations, partner bank documentations etc
- setting up of users and access rights
- db-di user training
- manage user acceptance test (UAT) if needed
- help user on ERP interface e.g. SAP Interface, Oracle Interface, Data converter, UDF (User defined format)
- help user on how to utilize the data from db-di for account reconciliation
- Provide customer support
- User id and password management - reset password, new users, new access rights etc
- Manage all db-di queries
- db-di problems stimulation and investigations
- manage and coordinate partner bank integration e.g. daily bank statements and payments upload/download, bank statement errors management etc
- Customer interactions
- Maintain contact with customers to ensure DB's service is up to standard. Assist in the timely consolidation of management information to enable the continuous review of service standards
- Proactively monitor and take appropriate actions to ensure that expected utilization and penetration levels are met.
- Product management
- Provide and coordinate e-channel product and system enhancement requirements via collating customer and sales feedbacks
- Requirements definitions
- User acceptance testing
- Coordinate with Partner Bank on Partner banks projects
- Coordinate with vendors
- Manage technical support function via
- adoption of team information/knowledge
- best practice sharing,
- proactive problem solving and
- trouble-shooting methodology and
- comprehensive customer/user trainings.
Supervision Received
- Guidance and direction from Head of Implementation Manager
- Briefed by Sales on the components of the deal won and of customer objectives and expectations.
- Regional Head Office procedures
- Audit procedures .
Experience Required
- Bachelor degree or above majoring in IT or Computer Science
- At least 4 years relevant working experience in FIE company or bank, preferably project implementation experience with basic banking product knowledge required
- Customer focus and service oriented
- Good communication and inter-personal skills
- Familiar with multi OS platform, LAN, application and telecommunication software/equipment and experienced in data communication
- Fluent in both oral and written English.
- Ability to work in a team
