职位描述/要求：
Primary Purpose
In-Country Clients:
- Responsible for EB (dbdi) installation, training, migration and support at client sites and implementation of financial systems integration with clients' ERP (eg, SAP, Oracle Financial, JD Edwards, etc) systems.
- Secondary responsibility for hot-line support and back-office administration which include cash management documentation, bank administrator for dbdi/db-eBills.
- Secondary responsibility for supporting sales on EB (dbdi) product and SAP/Oracle Financial interface demonstrations to key clients/prospects.
In-house Users:
- Responsible for EB (dbdi) installation, training, migration and support for in-house users.
Typical Duties
- Provides on-going technical support for partners and clients, including product installation, client training, maintenance and incident resolution.
- Dialogue with APHOCMC Product Management and IT in systems testing during implementations and also in area of defining client needs and requirements.
- Participates in system testing internally (version releases) and with clients.
- Consolidates information regarding client needs and competitors.
- Assists in evaluating alternative software for client needs.
Supervision Received
- Management and guidance from Country Head of Cash Management/Head of Implementation
- Briefed by Implementation Manager and Sales Manager on cash management solutions sold which are to be implemented.
Experience Required
- Graduate with 2-3 years' technical experience or finance in a banking environment.
- Relevant EB experiences as well as knowledge of accounting principles (relevant to clients) are major assets.
- Understanding of ERP systems an asset.
- Good in spoken and written English.
- Training experience an asset.
