To better meet the rapidly growing needs for quality consumer and professional learning programmes in China, the financial learning arm of the company is now seeking financial professionals to join its operations in Beijing and Shanghai.
The Position
Reporting to the Managing Director of the financial learning arm (China), the Finance Director will be responsible for the whole spectrum of day-to-day financial management. An integral member of the management team, s/he will also act in an advisory role to the management team on all commercially strategic issues and contribute in way of helping the company achieve a long-term competitive position in costs, customer service and innovation in the industry.
The Candidate
The ideal candidate will have over 10 years’ experience from comprehensive involvement in a broad spectrum of commercial services, and a sound knowledge of PRC and US GAAP. A mature and motivated individual who is fully conversant with management requirements and capable of handling a multitude of tasks under pressure, s/he is also a good leader with exceptional communication and people skills. The candidate should also offer a high level of entrepreneurial flair supported by exceptional visionary skill. Fluency in the English language is a prerequisite and working experience in an MNC environment is preferred.
The candidate should possess tertiary related qualifications in Accounting, Commerce or Economics, and possess at least one of the professional designations such as CPA, CGA, ACCA or CA.
