Position : Documentation and Logistics Manager
Responsibilities:
l Handling Import and Export issues independently and related files and documents preparation
l Check and verify the relative customs documents I/E verification on foreign exchange bureau
l Have the full knowledge of handbook issues, knowing how to well organize the handbook
l
l Have the whole overview of the department organization and have the abilities to improve the work efficiencies
l Keep good contact and relationship with the third logistic company and brokers, well control their service and cost
l Support documentation requirements with system data inputs.
l Participate in broker selection, fumigation vendor selection process, conduct regular broker performance review and come out performance optimization solution.
Requirement:
l College degree, major in international trade or relative subject
l At least 6 years working experience in multinational company for logistics
l Good knowledge of logistics industries within
l With strong customs broker knowledge and at least four years experience on custom issue
l Good oral and written English fluency
l Can work well under pressure and have the problem-shooting capability
