职位描述/要求：
Job Description:
- Research the training needs of Chinese young professionals
- Work with the content development team to conceptualize training courses that meet the needs of our target audience
- Create short business education training courses from multimedia content for delivery through live seminars and though online learning
- Manage training content assets and assemble assets into coherent courses
- Maintain good communication between the sales team to understand the needs of our customers
Job Requirements:
- Must have experience developing and managing training programs
- Must have experience analyzing the training needs of company employees / students
- Must have experience working with online education products
- Excellent writing and editing skills in Chinese
- Good command of English
- Some experience with LMS platforms is a bonus
- University graduate in Education, English or other related field
- Further training in facilitation, human resources, or similar a bonus
Job would suite an experienced training manager from a large multinational or an educator who has worked in publishing, particularly multimedia publishing or online education.
