互联网/电子商务 通讯（设备/运营/增值服务） 公司类型： 外商独资 公司规模： 20-99人 职位类别：计算机软、硬件/互联网/IT 咨询/顾问 工作地点：上海 发布日期：2007-06-27 申请职位 工作经验：3-5年 最低学历：本科 职位月薪：面议 工作性质：全职 招聘人数：若干 管理经验：否 职位描述/要求： Roles - You will be working in the client environment acting as a trusted adviser to deliver value through regular analyses and application service management of system related to sales and channel management. - This position is in Beijing     Key Tasks   - Develop a through understanding of client sales and channel management processes and related data flows and functions of the system - Identify user analytic needs and recommend the effective solutions - Troubleshoot and debug application - Administration of issues for deployment of software releases - Perform acceptance testing to ensure that all software releases conform to functional and system requirements - Conduct user training and support users in productive use of the system and maintains good relationships with clients - Ensure client satisfaction are met     Key Profiles   -   Bachelor degree in IT/Computer Science (or equivalent) -   At least 4 years of working experience, preferable in business analysis, -   Project management and consulting experience will be a plus -   Strong analytical thinking ability -   The ability to develop a solution to solve a company’s business requirements/processes -   A working understanding of the software development methodology and tools -   Must have good command of written English -   Strong presentation and communication skills -   Willing to travel -   Good understanding of ERP, CRM functions -   Knowledge of Siebel (either Technical or Functional) is a plus -   Knowledge of application software tools, including presentation, spreadsheet, and word processing applications -   Strong in dealing with customers of diverse background 联系方式：
