Job responsibilities（工作职责）:

 

·         Conduct random phone calls to Retail Field Investigation customers to enquire as to the conduct and effectiveness in which Field Representatives are completing Field Investigation tasks

·         Act in the capacity as a customer feedback line for dealers and also Field Investigation customers for any complaints or comments

·         This resource will also be used to conduct required surveys of customers

·         The resources will also be used to complete other Field Representative team office based activities.

 

Job requirements（岗位要求）:

 

·         中文/市场/行政或其它相关专业本科学历

·         具有良好的语言协调能力及电话技巧

·         声音甜美亲切，具有亲和力

·         具有良好的书面表达能力
