• This position will act as a key contact point for retailers and customers for handling daily customer service and collection activities, executing company's collection policies and procedures, managing and participating in customer service and collection related task, including: Communication with customers, Maintaining customer files, Recognizing and following-up on pass due payments, closely monitoring and controlling delinquency, ensuring collateral documents timely completed and properly filed, Direct collection assignments, Undertaking legal actions and Conduct portfolio analysis, etc.
• 执行公司的催收政策和流程；管理并参与客户服务和催收工作，包括：客户沟通，客户资料维护，发现并跟踪逾期未还款，直接催收贷款，采取法律途径；定期进行信贷资料分析等。

Job requirements工作要求：

• Bachelor degree in finance or related discipline; Minimum 2 years customer service & collection experience; good legal background will be preferred; Good computer and communication skills，CET 6; Good oral and written English.
• 法律、金融或相关专业本科学历，至少两年金融行业客户服务及贷款催收工作经验，有法律诉讼工作经验者更佳；计算机操作熟练，良好的沟通能力。CET 6，良好的英语/中文口头表达及书写能力。
