ACCOUNTABILITIES:
· Communicate with members and respond to their enquiries, issues and complaints with enthusiasm and energy.
· Strive for mutually satisfying results for members and the company when there is a dispute.
· Provide accurate and detailed reporting on company issues or complaint trends to the Senior Management for any follow up or corrective action. EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
· University graduate;
· Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in service-oriented industry;
· Excellent interpersonal communication skills;
· Good written and spoken English & Chinese (Mandarin speaker preferred);
· Hands-on PC skills in Word & Excel;
· Able to work independently and meet deadline.
