Job responsibilities（工作职责）:

 

·         Responsible for recruitment 负责人事招聘工作

·         Responsible for daily routine work such as employee check-in and check-out procedures负责员工入职和离职等日常维护工作

·         Make and implement employee training plan员工培训计划的制定及实施

·         Complete all related work reports according to actual requirements定期完成相关工作报告

Job requirements（岗位要求）:

 

·         人力资源相关专业本科学历，兼有经济、金融基本知识

·         1年以上外企HR招聘及培训工作经历

·         英语6级，口语流利

·         熟悉MS-OFFICE操作

·         注重沟通和听取意见

·         具备清晰并富有逻辑的书面表达能力

·         具备协调能力、组织能力及良好的执行力
